How do we know how much love we need on a regular basis? Start by checking in with your feelings today: was there plenty of anxiety, fear, anger, loneliness, confusion or other unhappy feelings permeating your day? Or was it primarily peaceful & happy? With enough consistent love we really can replace painful feelings with peace and lasting happiness. Many of us need daily doses of love, others only a few times a week. I don’t know anyone who’s consistently peaceful and able to love others unconditionally without getting unconditionally loved themselves at least that often!
Loving Zoom calls take place every week. The current schedule is:
Thursdays at 7pm Pacific Time with Inge Jechart (no call on 12/26)
Sundays at 4pm Pacific Time with Kim Grindell (no call on 12/29)
Calls typically end when everyone who wants to has shared. You can join and leave the calls any time you wish, but you’re best off to join early if you want to share.
Check back here for any changes to the regular schedule.
We get depleted from the challenges of life and from old pain that sneaks in. Love fills us back up like nothing else. No amount of sex, partying, praise, exercise or hiding will get us the peace and love in our hearts that sustains us and leads to healthy relationships. We need love consistently in order to have love to give. It’s worth the work because of the soul-satisfying results.
For those of you who want to make this practice a regular part of your lives, we offer twice weekly Zoom calls hosted by Inge Jechart and Kim Grindell. These calls are intended for people who have some experience doing this work. They are for you if you have completed one or more of the following:
- participated in a Loving Retreat (online or in person)
- participated in an Intensive with one of the coaches in this community
- been a regular member of this loving community for at least 6 months
- read one or more of the Real Love books
- taken a class from Inge or Kim
If you are interested in joining our Loving Zoom calls, please contact Inge or Kim here. We would love to welcome you to our Zoom calls!
